WINDSHIELD REPAIR
Windshield repair is a process by which an industry specific acrylic resin is used to fill stone chips that occur on your windshield. This resin is hardened and polished to attempt to remove as much of the visible chip as possible. Orion Auto glass uses state of the art equipment and repair resins to achieve the best possible results.
WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT
The vast majority of windshield replacements involve advanced adhesive systems designed to bond the windshield directly to the pinch weld opening of the vehicle, so proper removal and installation of replacement glass is vital to maintain vehicle integrity. Our customer service representatives and technicians are up to date on all new technologies currently being used in many new automobiles. Features referred to as ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems) include options such as rain sensors, lane departure warning, night vision, and adaptive cruise control just to mention a few. Orion Auto Glass employees a team of highly experienced and certified technicians that are qualified to perform windshield installations on all vehicles.
SIDE GLASS REPLACEMENT
Automotive side glass refers to parts on a vehicle such as front and rear door glass, vent glass, quarter glass. Many of these parts are tempered glass, and require additional experience on the part of the technician due to the complex nature of their installations. Orion Auto Glass employees a team of highly experienced and certified technicians that are qualified to perform installations on all side glass repair and replacement.
BACK GLASS REPLACEMENT
Automotive back glass refers to those glass parts such as pick-up truck sliders, tailgate glass, and back windows on generally all vehicles. Again, Orion Auto Glass technicians have the expertise to handle any of these types of repairs.
ADAS CALIBRATION
Advanced Driver(s) Assistance Systems (ADAS) in vehicles are becoming increasingly popular. These systems rely upon cameras, lasers, and radar – often with the camera mounting directly to the windshield. Automotive manufacturers require that any time a new windshield is replaced, the camera must be calibrated to ensure proper functionality and to restore the camera settings to OEM specifications. Orion Auto Glass performs both static and dynamic ADAS camera calibrations.
